Trying to buy a rank but paypal is bald

    I'm trying to buy a rank with a prepaid mastercard but when I try to verify it on paypal it keeps saying
    "check your account at your card issuer before retrying this card"

    this is very not cool when I'm just trying to support this cool MC server. Anybody know a fix?

    I'm not too familiar with payment stuff but I know from my experience that my prepaid cards don't allow for foreign purchases, so I would double check to see if that's potentially the issue
