Trouble Finding Craftmas Island Armor Merchant

I've looked everywhere on the island, and cannot find this armor merchant who supposedly still sells the Elf Set..I was hoping to get my hands on it when I turn Lvl 50 in two levels, but I can't see them anywhere. The Wynncraft wiki says, "The full set is still available from an Armour Merchant on Craftmas Island, along with other items from the Wynnter Fair." But perhaps it's just outdated and there really is no merchant? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
