Trickster clones causing fps drops or lag

When ever I summon the clones by using vanish if I get hit or swap to another item in my hotbar my pc freezes before the clones disappear

I can run vanilla Minecraft with ultra Shader's at 90 fps and I have a ethernet cable plugged with an ms of 30

please help i just want to play trickster

 

From the looks of it, seems to be client side rather than server side. What fixes have you attempted so far?

 

Are you using a resourcepack for your weapon?

 

Do you use wynntills or something like that? It could be interfering.

 

other then the wynncraft resource pack i have no other resource packs being used

im not using wynntills the only mod i have is sodium

 

Strange, I mean I only use optifine and 1.20.1, you could try that? Other than that I'm not entirely sure.

 

i have installed some performance mods to see if that helps which it didn't, i also plugged the router into my pc which also didn't work and i also turned my chunks being rendered too 2 which also didn't work

 

Hm I'm not entirely sure then, maybe give your pc a restart? Lol

 

im going to try with 1.20.1 and optifine and see if i get any luck

 

Yeah that's what I use give it a shot

 

after using optifine and changing versions the problem has been fixed but turns out the problem was cause by 1.20.4 being broken for me so i have switched to 1.19.4 and i haven't had any problems after that
