    So I recently found out that The Passage quests has been updated and instead of needing 48 Zombie Eyes to complete it you need to kill the boss of the Tribal Sanctuary which is right outside Iboju Village (Jungle Village) the key are Zombie Eyes but I don't know how many since I threw over a stack of Zombie Eyes and it didn't work.

    TL;DR: I need people to help me beat the boss.

    Look closely around the altar itself. There are hints for what you need and how many.

    Well what I do know I threw in were a lot of Zombie Eyes and two emeralds but I'll give it a shot
