Trapped In Darkness

Heya,
I hate to bother y'all, but a friend on mine is stuck in box like area so she cannot get on the server's main map. I'm not too sure about what happened, but my friend @PartyA2002 should be able to explain. Any help is appreciated!

Whenever I log on, it says to choose a class. I will pick my class, but I'll still be stuck in the box. It's made of black wool, and is under the map.

Do you think an admin can tp me out of there or tell me how to fix it?

Unfortunately doing /kill is the only way out, and even more unfortunately it brings you to the starting area

 

So, she would lose her levels and supplies?

 

/kill just makes you lose 2 soul points
Nothing else is lost unless you only have 2 soul points right now

 

Can this be locked, now that it is resolved?
