Trade Market Stats Shortcut

So im trying to start up a thread in the trade market but i dont want to print screen everything put it on paint, save and put it online. Is there an easier way to put the items up on the trade market?

Thx extremely long stream of numbers that i cant type out cus im too lazy. I'm just too stoopid to figure this out but i'll use it one day :)
