Game Mechanics Toxoplasmosis Base Damage buff?

    Toxoplasmosis, for a while now, has been one of the most unique Shaman weapons, and at the same time, one of the worst.

    The main reason for this was due to the Poison Nerf, which made the weapon effectively useless in most situations due to its low base damage.

    I think Toxo shouldn't be slept on, though, so I propose a buff to it's main downside: it's damage.

    By that, I mean that Toxo should have it's base damage buffed to be a premiare Melee weapon for Shaman, while still having Aftershock as a viable option.

    All the parts are there, the Life Steal and Mana Steal, so the parts of a Melee weapon are already there.

    The concept i'd do here is that Toxoplasmosis would have low DPS, but still managable (like, maybe 500-600 average DPS). This would make it worse than Aftershock, but the bonus here is that you don't have to Tierstack it, and one half of your damage will be regular, and the other half of your damage is from Poison.

    So the idea here is that taking Aftershock, you'd deal with Tierstacking and have pure damage, or use Toxoplasmosis, and Rawstack while having half your dps be poison.

    I saw plasmosis have 9 dps and was "this mythic weapon is a joke". I feel like if poison was actually buffed by more than one buff (radiance) and more than 1 major id (+plague) it would work. (unrelated) The 4 horsemen of the bad ids (reflection, thorns, poison, explosion) are very bad, they are all "bonus stats" that do nothing.

    Toxoplasmosis makes every ability and hit of shaman just deal its poison damage (after 1 second of it being applied too <.< ), so its basically 13k dps base and max. paired with a full poison build you can get a whopping 90k poison. but thats 90k/3s, so you do 30k dps :/ by increasing the dps of toxoplasmosis you can add make that 30k dps be one of 2 sources of damage (the main one being the low damage dealt by your melees and shaman's abilities, the secondary one being the constant 30k dps added on top). Now that would be a mythic worthy of its status.

    TL;DU :Increasing toxoplasmoosis' weapon dps is good, and even needed for it to be a mythic
