Tower Of Ascension Bug

Well im a level 40 player but, now im stuck at a quest. It tells me that i should give the Floor master thing 10 floor 1 lvl 2 tokens. But the game doesnt spawn lvl 2 mobs it is just keep spawning lvl 1 things

 

you have to go through past the token collector, it'll take you to another version of the room that spawns the next set of mobs which drop the next level tokens
