Archer/Hunter Help Torrential Tide Build

I really need help ;-;
So I have a pretty good torrential tide
I need help w/ making good use out of it. I would like to have spell spam as a thing.
Pls don't be too generous on LI items, don't think I can complete LI like ever.

My current build is

Stillwater Blue
Efteling
Memento

Royal Stormy or Calming Tork
Tidal
Reminder
Frost

100 int 26 dex 72 agil

The problem is, is that the dmg is kinda meh, and like -500 thunder def.

it gets the 130 int + 12mr, and has 10k bombs. defense is kinda bad tho.
sorry for using dia hydro necklace, but its just too perfect (you can use royal stormy until you get it)
