Toa Witch Doctor Nerfed?

Was the Tower of Ascention floor 3 room 10 witch doctor nerfed with gavel?

I had heard that the witch doctor was really hard from a friend of mine who was lv60 before gavel, however yesterday I soloed it on my lv63 mage, and it was by far the easiest room in floor 3. It took me about 5 meteors to kill it, and it only hit me once :P

 

Kind of doubt it, Witch Doctor is only annoying because of his slow when you're fighting Death.
