Tips On How To Make/create Items?

See, I kinda wanna start on trying to make out new weapons/armor/accessories to be added in the game, since I have like abunch of name ideas for them, I just wanna try this new activity out and suggest some stuff!

So for item making, any suggestions on how to know if the item is balanced or not, and how to make them, from percentages and raw stats?

 

I recommend you look around wynndata.tk at different types of items, so you can better understand what is generally "balanced" and so you can compare any ideas you may have to other items at a similar level, so you can see if something like that already exists. Other than that, a unique design is a lot more important than balance :)
