Tips On Emerald Farming?

I have 9 LE ATM and I would like to get a large amount so I can buy horses, reset scrolls, and also creat a guild. Does anyone have any good emerald farming spots? I am level 45 right now.

 

You realize, 9LE is insanely high for a level 45 right? Don't worry about LE until you're 80+ which is when u need the gear

 

currently just grind for xp, when you get to level 60+ you can grind for monies.

 

If you really want to grind for money get some armour/weapons with the stealing effect it gives mobs better chances of dropping more emeralds and then grind in the highest level place you can.

 

*goes on mount wynn and starts hitting stuff*

How to money 101:

1. Grind until your fingers are nothing but bone
2. Keep emeralds, sell items
3. Repeat until you are just a skeleton
4. ???
5. Profit!

Yes I do, but the reason I have so many is because when I used to use my warrior class (before I ruined it by distribution my skill points horribly and selling my armor and stuff XD), I was still at a point where I wouldn't get bored while grinding, so you know, I got 8 LE :)

 

If you know where some relics are farming them and then selling the stuff you get from the relics earns you a decent amount of emeralds. I would also recommend you level up in the cave area to the ToA, it gets you great xp and the mobs are in large quantities so there is a greater likelihood that they will drop stuff ;)

 

Relics aren't tradable anymore. No more selling to item buyers either.

So to answer your question- if you feel like doing quests isn't a reliable source of XP and emeralds, you should be grinding. You get plenty of levels and monies from wasting your life clicking.

 

I didn't realize relics weren't tradeable anymore... thanks for letting me know! Quests are obviously the best way to earn emeralds and xp but when you don't have any quests that you can actively complete, grinding is the best option.

 

As of when?
Around 2 months ago I found a relic weapon and it was tradeable (did not have "untradable" tag).
Relic armor is untradable tho.

 

It was changed about 1-2 months ago, probably why you never saw it.

 

I'd recommend setting up a shop on the forum to sell items. It take a bit to set up and you don't get emeralds as soon as you want to sell an item but I got 2 LE just today from selling items to people.
