Selling Tier 6 Thunder Powder. (with Time, I May Be Able To Change It)

Selling a tier 6 thunder powder. Looking for about 4le but won't go any lower than 2.5le. I'll be checking once or twice a day except on Fridays and Saturdays, which I'd check once a day.

Let me know what time you'd want to buy it and what town. I live in PST and have a very flexible schedule. I can't make it much farther than Troms, but I can reach Levvigar if necessary.

for the record, this probably won't get sold at this price. market price right now for tier 6 is 3-3.5 le, also, only selling 1 powder is very inefficient
