Tier 4 Loot Chest

I opened a tier 4 loot chest a few minutes ago and it was empty!!!
Also when I opened a chest in deltas it at normal lvl 5-10 stuff in it. I thought it was supposed to update to the level of the class that opened it am I wrong?

 

Loot chests give you items based off the levels of surrounding mobs. If there are no mobs within range of a loot chest then it will give up items according to your level.

 

Not really sure tbh, but if i am not mistaken, you can't expect to be getting high lvl stuff if your oppening chests at a lvl 10 area.

I found a bunch of level 70+ items in a ragni chest

 

Yeah, you can find normal weapons, and sometimes commons and rares, but you won't find any legendaries or mythics around there.

 

Wrong. It's possible to find legendaries and mythics in chests around the low leveled areas, as long as there are no mobs around so the chest could probably give you a mythic (if you're high leveled) if you're lucky. Legendaries can appear in loot chests too.

 

I usually find rares and legends in low leveled chests :3

When a server restarts i think it has a less chance of having items than when the server is ABOUT to restart (10min away)
