Any Class Thunder / Water Build!

Hey what's up guys, it's Scarce Bloww here.
Today I stumbled upon a really cool dagger, 'Waterspout'
So I took some random shit from my bank, and it actually did something good.
So, there we go.


Helmet:
Third Eye
Some good mana, spell damage, and overall good buffs.
Alternative:
Cumulonimbus
For edgy glass cannons yo.

Chestplate:
Boreal-Patterned Aegis
Tis super really good.
Alternative:
Soul Signal
More spell damage but super glass cannon with Cumulo.

Leggings:
Dark Channeler
Super good raw spell, ok health, thunder and water damage.
Alternative:
Vaward
Good overall.

Boots:
Abysso Galoshes
Those are just p e r f e c t, everything we need.
Alternative:
Passus Lux
A bit more mana and health

Ring:
Concentration
OR
Moon Pool Circlet
Good mana.

Bracelet:
Arc Bracer
Thunder damage yo.

Necklace:
Willpower
Mana regen.

Weapon:
Assassin:
The best choice would be a Nirvana with some thunder powders.
You can use a Tsunasweep or a Waterspout though.

Warrior:
Thrundacrack all the way.
You can use a Feedback or a Crack the Skies too.

Archer:
Probably a Spring (yes, another mythic...) with powders, a Corrupted Witherhead's Bow or an Az with powders or even a Misconduct.

Mage:
Any water wand with thunder powders, like Lament, Requiem or Ethereal.

The most viable skill points build is, in my opinion,
0/43/100/0/45

Pros:
-Pretty high damage
-Spamming spells is cool yo
-You have some ok health and ok agi

Cons:
-You're vulnerable to pretty much anything if you're out of agility luck.
-It's not THAT cheap I guess.

I tested with both, and Boreal is better for this build.
Just add some strength if you want to use Spring cmon
Lament is 'any water wand'.
