Thunder Archer Build

I am just really bad with builds so I was hoping people could help me with making a decent thunder build for my archer. I have a weapon and I only am looking for armor choices. I can do the sp part on my own but please put it in the replies anyway

 

What level and what bow

 

Lvl doesn't matter to me in the build and the bow is spritshock.

Why Spiritshock?
I could make a build based off of my Az, I guess, as spiritshock and Az are basically the same

Helmet: Spectre (Insane spell and thunder damage, what more could you want? Furthermore, 2/2 mana is VITAL as you'll see why later)

Chestplate: Whatever boats your float, as long as it provides a good health bonus and doesnt provide negative spell damage or mana regen

Leggings: Dark Shroud is an option, though I would recommend Crystal as it provides great health and reflection, as well as good mana regen (3/4)

Boots: Sodeta boots are good for this, as they boast mana regen AND spell damage.

Accessories:

Jester necklace
Jester bracelet
Jester ring
(for that smexy 300 spell damage)

Suppression (3/4 mana regen, get -2/4 mana steal)

Skill points: get just enough skill points to wear your armor and use your weapon, then pour 3/4 of the remaining into dex and the rest into int

Pros: Good spell damage
Mana regen means spell spamming for dayzzzzz
Good boost to skill points

Cons: Not the best health (chestplate should balance it out a little)
It's hard to get a good Supression
Alternatively, you could use the low level legendary ring 'Concentration' for 2/4 mana regen and no debuffs.
