    I'd advise you to just search around on the item guide and see what you find.
    I know for sure there's this ring called Mirror that provides decent thorns and reflection boosts, but I don't know of any other items.

    Crystal leggings can have (40%+) high reflections but not sure about thorns on it. Its a lev 60-something (see item guide on wynncraft.com help tab).
