    Why does the Tempo Ticker not only do the least damage among the weapons you can buy at Tempo Town, (It's average dps is least out of all the weapons,) but it also costs two Time Fragments more?

    as for the cost, I have no idea
    but for the damage you may notice mage weapons (wands) have the lowest base damage out of all classes, due to 1: mage having heal, which is a very strong support option and 2: meteor's absurd multiplier (400% base. For reference Assassin's spin has base 150%)
