im not a very good builder but imma give some feedback anyways

firstly i think that you should try texturing more(using different blocks with similar color and/or texture like multiple types of leaves in a tree or cobblestone and stone for a mountain)
adding on to this, you should try to have gradients in your builds. gradients are where you take 2 blocks that have different colors and use blocks tha thave similar colors to slowly connect the two colors together. this makes it easier for the eyes to process the build and look at it easier(sort of)
sometimes you won't need to do this but most of the time this is very helpful for builds.
i think an example of this in your build is probably at the top part of your house

I think you should also try to have more depth in your builds, like in your house, the walls could be moved inwards 1 block, and then you could use some stairs or slabs or something and you would have more textures+depth which would look nicer on your eyes.
also use stairs, slabs, walls, trapdoors, stuff like that, it makes the builds look more natural and adds a lot more texture which is really nice to have in a game full of cubes
also add curves to stuff if you can to make stuff look less block and try to make all builds have at least 3 blocks of height so u dont bump your head everywhere

one small thing plp often do in mc is making builds that dont have a center(or are an even # of blocks)
in the first picture your door is in a weird place and you cant have any symmetry bc there is no true center. this happens a lot, espeically in smaller scale builds so just keep this in mind for building

another thing you could do is try to do on some builds is to add some realism or supports on your builds. even though you dont need supports on builds in minecraft, they do make the build look nicer.

one last thing i can think of is to not build cubes/rectangles. this prob sounds weird but lemme explain. In the first picture, you could add more segments of different heights and stuff. here is scuffed pictrue that sort of explains it\

idk what else to put, but i think the last piece of advice i have is this:
if you really want to improve at building, go out of your comfort zone and build shit you havent build before. Dont build the same old maze or funni house, build something slightly different or better thanw hat u made last
    anwyays byebey i eat

Most of my review is already been spoken so I'll just put my simplified review.
    -Lack of detail
-Shape and design is too basic
-Choice of block is not fitting
    That's all I could say

It's hard to give you advice because most really wouldn't know where to begin. My personal recommendation for anyone that wants to start learning building seriously would be GeminiTay and MegRae's tutorials. The former goes through more standard modern building practices while the latter covers tools like WorldEdit, along with subgenres within building like organics if you're keen on those.

the spawn looks good, some more random spattering of blocks in the paths could do good like wynncraft does with their paths

try make the sewers more... uh... dirty. like mess it up a bit.

i think you might have a problem with liking symmetry, i do too, try make things a bit less clean and it might look better
