Mage/Dark Wizard The Ultimate Koh Support Mage

This build gives up to 30k health and over 150% water damage. Both of these are important, because they affect how much you will heal yourself and others for. Every % of water damage will translate to 0.5% more heal, capping at 150%. At base, Heals give 12% of your health, then two 6% pulses, and on targets, 20% then two 5% pulses. However, your health also affects how much you heal targets, it will be the average of your health and theirs. You can go up to 40k health, but then you would sacrifice some water damage and a lot of your mana, so 30k is good enough. You also have 10/4s mana regen, more than you will need when you're spamming 1-cost heals 5+ times.
