Media The Search Is Over! Gale's Tomb Found.

Well...I don't know how to start.

I think I may be the first one to find this.

When I discovered it I was like "holy fucking math"
Basically I looked at the Gavel Pach 14.0.9 thread, and when I saw redx475 say the map has been pushed, I immediately went on the game after returning home from school to check if my guess was correct.

Somewhere buried in the pages of the Gale's Tomb hunt thread, I posted a screenshot of a cave behind Qira Hive which leads upwards towards a dead end, and how I suspected this MAY be the site of Gale's Tomb, but everyone said it has been thoroughly checked. Its one of the FEW caves in Gavel that goes upwards.



The outside of the cave was changed after the map push. Before the map push, there was only the cave entrance and very little lighting. After the map push, there were more pockets along the walls above the cave, and much brighter lighting. And guess what? One of the dead ends in the cave was OPENED!

A few minutes later scrambling up the cave(its messy as heck in there), quite possibly the 2nd greatest mystery search after "???" in Gavel, today, on 5:06pm GMT+8, I found it.

The search for Gale's Tomb is over.

What's a map push?

 

A map push is a small update where the map gets updated from the build server.

 

inb4 someone finds secret entrance under Gale's Tomb somehow.

(Oh, remember the will? Maybe chuck Ohm's Wish or Gale's Sight or something at the soul sand)

Huh? Wasn't the tomb supposed NOT to be in the hive?

 

I did throw some emeralds onto the grave and it ate them, but I see no secret wall door open. Guess it's time to chuck every item in existence into the grave.

I dunno; I'm not good at this secret stuff.

 

Might be...

Selvut said you don't have to sacrifice any legendary item to get to the grave, but didn't say anything on getting through the supposed secret door.

 

Things that do not open the door:
- Ohm's items (wish, rage etc.) as said by selvut
- Emeralds
- Air Catalyst X
- Master Catalyst (wasted a whole 5 minutes of my life)
