The Sacred Library Talking About Twain?

I was roaming around nesaak, and moved into lusco's town and i saw a random gray carpet near the bank outside of it, i dropped a emerald it turned out into a hidden hopper so i had a feeling this could relate into something... So I basically kept looking around..

So I kept throwing random stuff, until i started looking around to see if there is something relating to this.. I noticed that explosive merchant so i bought off a tnt from him and Dropped into the hopper then it worked, And im in this library.. It talks about twain's lore.

I just wanted to ask if this library existed before OR is it new?

 

It's new, but it's been found and documented several times.

 

Someone already found that, i forgot who. It didn't exist before but one of the mods said that in some lore, and they put it into the game, same with the bob lore.
