Does lootbonus affect things in chests?...

Seems like a dumb question but srsly, since loot bonus was released the community split up in 2 groups: one that thinks it does affect the loot in the chests and one that doesnt think that.

I want a clear answer if it does or not, so this controversy can finally stop.

i think not,the only thing that affect chests,is ur lvl and the chest tier

I really want to know as well. I kinda hope it's no, bc I have really good loot gear, but I never grind mobs for loot, only loot runs. Then I could sell it.

I honestly have no idea. I feel like it does, but I've got no way to confirm for or against that, and I don't think Tant does either. Salted or Jumla might, but not us.

I have actually heard both, "They said LB affects loot chests" "I don't feel like it" "It's increasing the quality"

If I'm really going to research that, first I need to buy a whole set of loot gear :c

Apparently it has been tested by @Hippie and @SoloSnuggles with two loot runs one with loot bonus and one without and the loot bonus didn't seem to affect it.

even tho the second one was complete crap

EDIT: Salted has also stated that it doesn't affect it. Not sure where but he has said it.

Yeah, but what agar said in the source does make t really seem like loot bonus just effects quantity, but you get more good stuff with bad loot bonus... I'm still not really sure.

I'm gonna test it. I have a decent loot bonus set (just not very good accessories) and I'll do a loot run. W/ that, and then one without loot bonus. I'll do that twice tho, to make sure it's not just a coincidence.
