In fights where the goal is to survive, such as YahyaBot and Wybel phase 2 and 4, Wind Prison can be used to hold the boss in place and prevent it from attacking you for a good amount of time. This makes staying alive a lot easier. Just make sure not to pop it by accident.

Quick disclaimer; this only works without a poison stat of EXACTLY 0. It will still proc wind prison’s knockback with negative poison.

 

Honestly, the only use for Wind Powders is to buff that damage on your Wind weapons, nothing else. It honestly needs a rework to be good or even decent.
