The Npc Is Not There ...

I'm on the Quest WynnExcavation Site D And the pnj ??? Is not in Troms, on the quest book it tells me leave Troms and when I go out there nothing happens.
Do you help me please ?

The ??? NPC will not be in the normal Troms. You will need to go to the King of Troms' room and exit, then you'll be in the 'fake' Troms with guards and barraged doors. The ??? NPC will be waiting for you at the entrance.

 

that npc is in the walls, behind a leaves, after talking to him, go out of troms, if nothing happens, /kill and re do the quest to get to that place again

Tu dois aller dans le faux Troms, en passant par la salle du trone, là où il y a le roi. En sortant du faux troms, tu verras le pnj derrière des feuilles, juste à coté de la sortie. (Dans le faux troms, il n'y a aucun marchand et des gardes qui te pourchassent)
