The New Skill System? Help

As you can see in this picture.
Does that mean It needs these skills In order to wear It?
That's the only armor that I have.
I don't even have my Intelligence up. (Warrior)

Yes, it does. You can always reset your skill points for 1 LE.

yea most likely from the looks of it, use a skill reset scroll then.

 

Why?

 

This means I'll have to run naked to reset my skills. Multiple times

 

The mobs between Detlas and Elkurn are so weak that you shouldn't need armour to protect yourself from them, unless you're low-levelled, in which case you'll probably have enough skill points anyways. Also, you could just stock up on Skill Point reset scrolls

I will mention that everyone's skills are being reset for free on Gavel's release, so you're able to reallocate your stats in order to suit your gear.
