Speculation The New Citizen Npc's

Has anyone thought about looking for clues in the things that the Citizen npc's say? As everyone probably knows, the new Citizens have been added in the new update, and some could possibly point to clues relating the '???' hunt.

For example, one of the citizens in Gelibord says the following: "Every night I hear lightning strike in the exact same spot. I wonder what this could mean?"
I would suggest searching around Gelibord, if this isn't actually connected to some other quest. Also I feel that all the other Citizens should be 'interrogated' >:D

 

The lightning strike is how to get the Tier V green powder. At midnight exactly, lightning hits the graveyard which opens up a secret room.
