Mage/Dark Wizard Help The Most Damage In A Spell Build.

I'm looking for the best of the best in spell damage. My Nepta is boring and I want to see if I can go for better.

For the build, use any kind of armor/weapons you may need; LI, master hive, mythics, etc. as long as I can use this build in game.

My one rule for the build is that it needs to be able to cast AT LEAST 3 mana meteors.

completely glassy
no mana regen
no skill points left
