When deciphering the wynnic/gavellian texts the Dern and Light creatures say, you will notice they all speak Irish. Since Irish sounds like Eye-rish, and the fact Dern has a giant Eye basically acting like the overseer of Wynn, it is safe to say the Light came from Dern.

Yes, Irish is most likely from Eye-rish, but as Ireland is not canon, this does not mean that non-eyes cannot use Irish. Someone on CT just decided after 1.19 that Irish sounds cool and they wanted to keep using it for war of the realms stuff. Besides, Lari used Irish chronologically before the eye was a separate entity, so you could just as well say that the eye (and the rest of Dern) comes from light.
In the light forest ult, it is shown that the Dern Beast plans to create the eye soon. It is then shown that the parasite, the same one Lari fought earlier in Headless History, infected Orphion. Therefore, the order of events must be that Lari fought the parasite and used Irish Gavelian spells, then the parasite escaped and infected Orphion, then the eye was created and also began using Irish.

Would actually make sense if Dern was Ireland in a sense, because Ireland is often known as ''The Emerald Island'' and Mr. Caritat says something about ''Breaking through the realms to the land of trade''

Seriously, though. A few irish words are completely meaningless to the story.

One thing I feel I should mention is that Irish differs from region to region. So for example, some Irish words spoken in the North of Ireland differ to words spoken in different areas.

I think that back in the day, everyone spoke Irish, but the people of Gavel/Wynn have changed since then, however old things like magic and even Dern haven't changed.

Pretty sure the land of trade means Gavel itself, since the greediest beings (villagers) are dominant there

I'm pretty sure using irish was a way to make it not just a substitution cipher, and actually a different language. However the CT probably didn't want to make an entire language, and we wouldn't be able to understand this language without some kind of translator anyways. Now that I think about it though it would be kind of cool if it was actually a different language, but that would take a lot of work.
