SPOILER [The Impossible Question] What species is Qira?

Evidence #1 (Liquid Emeralds): Out of every single NPC/mob/character in Wynn, the Raid Keeper (the TNA one) shown in Figure 2 looks the most like Qira from Figure 1. But we don't know the TNA raid keeper's origin.

She has the web ability like most other spiders, but she is not genderfluid, it says on the wiki that she is female

According to the wiki, the name of her species is called "Unknown."

I know this is a joke thread, but Qira is most likely just a villager. She’s old and native to Gavel so that rules out humans since they only started settling in Gavel in the last 100 years. Elves strictly use light magic and prefer living in forests or Aldorei. And she’s definitely not a dwarf, dogun, green skin, or gert. The only possible race would be the Olm, but they’re native to Wynn and went extinct long before the current day.

So villagers are the only viable option. A quick note is that villagers treat humans differently, and all of Qira’s servants are villagers and yet never treat her like they do a human. Unless if there’s some secret race that hasn’t been revealed yet, I can’t see it be anything else.

 

I think the biggest lead we have is the lore of Inhibitor, a fabled item rarely dropped by Qira.

"There's a note in it. It doesn't seem to be addressed to you... 'You're not beyond saving. But you must work to deserve to be saved.'"

My best bet is that the letter is addressed to Qira herself. Someone gave this item to her, and they want her to prove to them that she "deserves to be saved."

Maybe she's separated from her species that value "strength," and needs to try to prove that she is worth saving by being "strong enough" for her species. Or maybe she was transmuted into a monster, and the act of "being saved" is her being freed from her current form.

Gale also seems to know a lot about Qira, most probably more than anyone else. Qira also plays a game called Go with Sensei Miyagi, the owner of the Sakura Dojo which is just beside the hive. I think that's sweet.

 

Or maybe Inhibitor's lore is just a message she wrote for herself in preparation to the darkness that she said is coming. (which would be BORING btw)
