Build The Grove

Hello gamers

This past month I've been working on a personal project and I'm proud to say I am no where near done. However I've made some builds that may or may not be cool along the way, so I might as well share them with you all.

I present to you: The Grove



yes, I just /clone-ed the same ten trees. I'd make all 200 of them unique but I value my sanity too much, that being said I'll probably change some of them to look more unique.

Really good job with the cliffs and the terrain overall. However, the amount of brown in the grass is a little much, perhaps it would look better if it was all green?

Also, while I like the tree design, when it's pasted around it looks a bit strange. Perhaps more tree variety would be good?

I really like this though!

Looks great! I would suggest less podzol in the grass, and maybe some more diversity in the trees (as others have mentioned here). But overall it looks awesome, so keep up the good work!

 

yoooo that's cool! i'd also suggest toning down on the podzol and maybe have it in patches or near cliffs instead of randomly scattered around!
I love how it totally looks like an area you'd see in a CTM map

 

If I could, I'd absolutely live in a cozy place like this, completely surrounded by trees and nature of the sorts, later on in life lol. Looks really great! I like the different height levels you have in the terrain. Always makes things feel nice.
Is this for some sorta map or anything of the sort? Or just a little fun build?
