The Fortuneteller Quest - Question

So I just finished The Fortuneteller quest, and it kind of left me questioning what Farcor said,
" ..But I see into you, as well. Your senseless rampage across this entire world is sickening. Your good deeds cannot hold a candle to the violent destruction you've inflicted on thousands of beings.. "
Is he talking about us as the player? or is he talking about mankind as a whole, I mean if he was talking about us, doesn't mean that we were evil before we started?

 

I'm pretty sure he's talking about us specifically, seeing as the player tends to just kill everything when walking into a dangerous situation. We think we're helping, he thinks we're going on a senseless rampage (to be honest, we usually are). Other humans in Wynn do have somewhat violent tendencies, but very few on our level of just killing absolutely everything.

 

I still remember that tribesman in troms who said we radiate a warm light or something like that, doesn't that mean that Farcor would see it?

 

Well, you have 1 random mention and evidence of mass killing and violating the law (any law) on the other side.

 

I mean surely in our playthrough the good outweigh the bad, I can't see why killing corrupted monsters would be a bad thing.


well unless he is talking about all of the harmless villagers I killed O_O

 

Look at all the quests you did. All the bosses you killed.

Robbing banks? Fine. Killing Cluckes, Mooington and Baab? No problem! Breaking into someone's house because some children think they are weird? We got you covered!
There are even multiple threads about you being a monster or a list of all crimes you did...
And of course all of the killing outside quests

 

I don’t know man, from our eyes yea of course they would be an evil character, but I mean it really isn’t their fault, the character has no recollection of their past, wouldn’t be a surprise that the character doesn’t know what basic human decency is. The character was thrown out as soon as the character lost their memory to kill corrupted and follow orders.

 

If our memory was wiped to this degree we would not even be able to use the weapons.

No, only our past was removed, the atrocities were done (almost always) while our senses and mind worked completely fine...

 

Yeah that is a good point.
I don't know I probably looked in what Farcor said too much.
