    Has the F3 tab been removed recently because I'm unable to bring it up while playing? I'm on 1.12.2 if that matters.

    Nope, hasn't been removed. If it doesn't appear when hitting f3 and you're on a laptop, note, that you might need to press either shift or fn alongside f3. Things such as mods could also cause discrepencies with f3, so try turning those off if you're using any. If you're playing vanilla, using a normal keyboard and are sure that your f3 key works though, who knows what the cause is.

    I have to press FN when i use F# keys, it sucks

    Also why is this in Nemracts Bar?
