    Will the quest be a req for entering gavel? Or is it just for FT? Cuz i dont wanna have to find myself stuck outside corkus and have to go all the way back to selchar to do the quest.

    It'll probably also include a bit of introduction to Corkus and its lore though, so it'd be best to check it out anyway. At least, the first time around.

    You're best off camping in Selchar waiting for Corkus to come out so that you can do the quest. Skipping the first quest will make it a lot harder to understand the lore and will lock you out of a lot of content.
