So in Craftmas Chaos the player stops the Crystal Summoner from doing something and shatters the Dark Relicstone, but why was the Dark Relicstone there in the first place and what was the Crystal Summoner doing with it?

    We don't know.
I'm guessing that the Crystal Summoner summoned the relicstone.
Relicstone itself is interesting. Relics are places of power, at the least (as powders, things that buff your weapons/armor exist there). So, thus, a relic stone is a stone of power. It obviously has some bad implications, as the player shatters it, stopping whatever the summoner was going to do. We don't know what the summoner was going to do.

I'm not sure, but I think the reason Santa became corrupted in Craftmas Chaos was due to you giving him the Corruption Relic Shard, so was the Crystal Summoner trying to bring Corruption? I'm not sure but I think it may have been something else, since in Potion Making The Assistant says, " I was...in support of this... but then, he accrued essence of...the corruption to mix into the...elixir." If the essence of Corruption could make an "invincibility potion", then would the Darkstone Relic have done something else? Still dunno but thank you for responding xD
