When I got the ruby and returned it to Graken, the skulls opened but then 3 seconds later it closed and I had to retrieve the ruby again but this time I can’t get through the door where all the phantoms come out and all the little cutscenes don’t replay anymore, and the only way I can leave is if I do /kill every time I attempt to do the quest.

 

Can use your movement spell to get to the door faster, /fixquests might also help you fix this issue by having two rubies and being able to rush the door again. I'd also recommend looking at the wiki to see if they have a tip for you to go faster.

 

We've fixed the issue for the next update.

 

Does that mean I have to wait for the update in order to do the quest?

 

I would assume so since the change won't happen till the update from 1.19 to 1.20 or whatever they choose to name it comes through. Not staff though so I have no idea @A Human could give us a date?? ;)

 

Unfortunately yes. It might be possible for the fix to be pushed in the next patch, but that's not as likely.

We don't release info regarding update release dates.
