    Hi, I started the Dark Decent quest and I died while holding the ruby gem and it turned into a player head? Ive tried using /fixquests but it doesnt give me the gem and Ive tried re running the skull but Im unable to pick up the gem? Is there anyway I can restart the quest or get the gem again?

    This should just be a visual bug - does it still work as a gem?

    Nope it didnt work when I spoke to him again, he just asked if id managed to get the gem yet, and then it despawned.
