SPOILER The Cave (and Kind Of Tower) Hunt Of Adventures

So 1.20 had redone a lot of Gavel and also reworked grind spots and caves. What I want to focus on are the caves. What is this cave hunt? It's searching for very memorable caves in the world of Wynncraft. If you have found a cave, leave the coordinates and give a brief summary of what it has to offer. Here are some I have found that I feel are unique:

Wynn Plains:
Van's Tower:
Filled with corrupteds, ascend the tower to then defeat a Fire Flak miniboss that is a challenge to newer players and give Vagrant Van his tower back.

Hex Mini-Dungeon:
Split into 3 seperate areas, this cave is almost like a Dungeon. You start off by killing the 2 Crystal Guardians to the side, then progress by doing some parkour. After you have completed the parkour, you can either exit the cave and get a T2 Loot Chest, or continue to Lv 11+ area to get a T3 one. It is essentially a harder version of the first segment, and you can go even further to a Lv 20+ area. It combines battling and parkour, with Mob Totems (Kind of literally, as they are mobs that are totems) that can throw you off the path.

Olux Swamp:
Subterranean Temple:
Replacing the Hanja Brood Temple (Big rip btw), the Subterranean Temple has a challenge where you kill 10 mobs to progress to a boss arena, which has the Subterranean Overlord boss. The challenge with the fight is to not fall in the holes or else you get launched out of the temple.

Ocean:
Troll's Tower:
Inhabited by an NPC named Troll (Not an actual Troll, but instead a human who was just named Troll), this tower is east of Mage Island. It is filled with cramped parkour, and when you make it to the top, you get to see Troll, a human who has nothing else better to do. And there's a T3 Loot Chest but no one really cares about that.

If you have some cool caves you'd like to share, go ahead and describe them, leave a screenshot of them, and provide the coords. (Also might have Revan or Talking Mushroom dialogue and both are pretty cool so get those too.)

 

Big Jumble Boi tower cave

 

Wynn plains, to the left of the nivla forest entrance from Emerald Trail, there is a challenge cave made notable by it's archway at the entrance. It's essentially a challenge room that gets harder the farther you traverse, adding more parkour challenges, longer hallways with more difficult enemies, as well a warning before each section telling you the recommended level for that area. Definitely my favorite early-game cave, and idk, something about it is really nostalgic and just makes me feel really happy.

 

Don't know the coords but Troll Tower east of mage island

Some NPC tells you that a troll lives up there so you feel like you should go and check it out. You end up spending 10 minutes parkouring to the top and find that the only thing there is a regular NPC named ''Troll'' who tells you that he recently purchased this tower. All there is other than that is 1 lame loot chest. It's literally just a troll.

no it's like t3. It's really good, since it's one of the only high-tier unlevelled chests in the entire game.

 

I'd also like to note Lion Lair, a pretty underappreciated cave. It's marked on the Wynncraft Map for some reason but it's a cool place to go early game! If you're doing professions in the level 20-30s, it's a useful place to get some ingredients since it's a huge cave with a boss and everything.

Ik of that place. It's pretty cool and pointless, I'd recommend checking it out if you have nothing else better to do.

 

There's a seaskipper dialogue about that I think, where he says something like "there's a mysterious tower, managed by a terrifying troll"
