The Azer Tribes

I've noticed these groups of 'Azer' warriors, battlemages, and the like around Molten Heights. I believe there is a camp close to Rodoroc, actually. But do they have any lore around them? I only ask because I noticed the slight similarity between 'Azer' and 'Az', and wondered if there was a connection, or if it's a situation like the Dernel jungle and Dern, which sound similar but are completely unrelated (naming wise, I know there's the Ancient City and all that from WynnEx D). Thanks in advance.

 

I don't think they have a connection to Az, however I'm sure they played a role in the Dwarven War. We'll learn more about this when the CT finishes the "main storyline" as it is apparently called.
