Thanos Armour Shop Gold?

Heyo, just asking a specific question about what kind of "Gold" the Merchant takes, I'm not the most keen on determining if he's taking T3 Gold Ingots, or mob drops somewhere in the wilderness of wynn.

I've attempted to figure this out on my own, but the wiki isn't updated and insert excuses for eternity.

 

Pretty sure the kind sold at Rymek, used as currency in Rymek, and dropped by mobs around Rymek.

 

I'm not sure, but my guess would be that it's the same gold they use in Rymek. Which also drops from mobs near Rymek. There's also a gold merchant in there.
It isn't the refined gold ingots used for crafting if it doesn't show the three stars in brackets.

If not Rymek gold, it could be the Gold ingredient, but since it's unknown how that can be obtained, I doubt it.

 

'Gold Ingot' (Related to old Rymek/old Thanos) is currently glitched due to the 1.18 update
'Gold' can be obtained from the bandits at CotL (probably this is for the trade?)

 

I was talking about this thing when I said gold ingots, referring to the T3 gold Ingot I believed the OP was talking about.

 

the bandits near that one quest in the canyons (the marauders dues?) drop the gold


I had to take like 10 different types of gold to this stupid merchant smh
