Archer/Hunter Help Tfa + Nighthawk

Even though Nighthawk is (still) broken, I can't help but use it since I really like the major ID. I've also been enjoying the TFA archetype, so I was wondering whether the two could be brought together.

2 mana storms but a much healthier build

It's easy to get 1 mana storms but you lose too much in the journey there

This build is unusable due to not meeting the minimum stat requirements for the necklace. Would be better to use Pulse Starter instead of Kernel as the necklace https://wynndata.tk/s/yjfqe8

Even then, this build doesn't have enough mr/ms to justify the high spell costs
