Texture Pack Not Working

title speaks for itself. The wynnpack is not working for me.

Server resource packs are enabled, resource packs for play.wynncraft.com are enabled

I went to my .minecraft and deleted everything that says Legacy

Basically I did everything the guide says to do to fix it, but it ain't working

Thoughts?

(Or does it just not work in 1.12?)

My computer does suck, yes, but that should have no effect on the texture pack working or not

 

Restart your Pc maybe and makesure everything is downloaded, oooooor you can use wynncrafts old school packs when the max cap was 75 and use the gold or emerald texture pack

 

I tried restarting, and if I use other packs I'll still get that annoying pop up message

 

Try another version and see if it works.

 

This wasn't working for me at one point and it was my firewall blocking it from downloading...
