Texture Pack Issues

I have an ongoing problem with the texture pack for wynncraft. Sometimes it works but it does not display proper armor and weapons but everything else is correct and other times it says it is not enabled at all. I have seen the thread on how to enable it by adding server list making sure you have the resource pack thing enabled but even with that no success. I tried using the latest Minecraft version and made sure I had no other texture packs but nothing seems to work. Assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks for reading, Eva.
