    im pretty sure its in the right on since its related to wynncraft (but should be moved to questions)
    and i think hes asking how to download it and use it in vanilla

    1. Be on Wynncraft. (have the resource pack active)
    2. Go to your .minecraft file.
    3. Move the resource pack file from server-resource-pack to resourcepack.
    4. You should now be able to play with the resource pack on other worlds.
