Temple Of Legends Quest Wont Progress

As I said in the title, I am working on the Temple of the Legends quest. I am at the point where I need to collect 12 sky vapor and give them to Rayshyroth, however even though my quest book says to give Rayshyorth 12 sky vapor, and I have 12 sky vapor in my inventory (and sometimes more), he won't take the sky vapor! I tried doing /class and switching servers, and even recollecting the sky vapor two more times, each time he still wouldn't take them. I can't progress the quest even though I have the items needed, and I don't know what to try next. Please help!

 

Do you have the dust from the previous stage in your inventory?

Turns out I needed not only the 12 sky vapor, but also the light dust as well. I have no idea what happened to mine but I had to go get another one. I was probably confused because the quest book only mentions the 12 sky vapor.
