Archer/Hunter Help Tanky Archer Build To Solo Qira?

I want to murder the mistress, anyone got a good build with decent hp/defense but not too little dps either (no mythics, no LI items, no EO items, something with Nighthawk would be preferred)

there's literally no viable necklace except dhy which you banned in your original request, so you don't lose much even if you use no necklace
