Warrior/Knight Help Tank Build - Warrior

Heyo!

My IGN is Leetooon and I suck at class building (so the wants/needs may be odd).
Anyways, here's the background of my problem. I tend to solo bosses and I am currently working on finishing The Qira Hive quest. Right now I am working my way to finish the Water division. Unfortunately, I have terrible water defense (Helm is Phoenix Prince's Crown and leggings is Leggings of Desolation). Therefore, I am seeking build ideas to achieve a strong, elemental tank build. These are some qualities to give an idea of what I need:

NEED:
- Good defense (+Elementals, if possible)
- Good health (above 2500)
- Good stats (more positives than negatives) [If possible: good walk speed (debatable cause I'm tanking)]
- Enough skill points (anything not beyond the 70s)
- Decent damage (ex: elemental and neutral damages) [Neutral must be 200+]

NO:
- LI
- Qira
- Mythic


If I'm asking too much, then take some qualities out. Thanks and I hope there is a possible build for most of these qualities!

whats fun about cancer/taurus is the pure neutral damage, meaning it'll blow through every qira division with the exact same dps, ignoring elemental defences and weaknesses
any other super fast spear will do as long as it doesnt have neutral damage or has 2+ powder slots. eviscerator just has nice ls ws and poison which is why i think it's the ideal ct spear
