Discussion Suggestion For Searching

So, while I was running around searching for any kind of hint related to ???, I came up with an idea to help keep searching organized and to eliminate duplicate threads of people claiming to have found something. Seeing how this is a "community event", I decided to come to the forums to ask if my idea was good before I made the official thread. Let me know what you think and pokemon go to the polls!!

Here's what I was thinking. Someone needs to make a thread, and every day it gets changed to a new area on the map, for people to go search. For example, Day 1, it might say: Search Area: Rymek. Whoever wanted to participate could then go and search Rymek, and post their findings on the thread. At the end of the day, the info would be added to the thread.

In my opinion, this would help keep track of whats going on a bit better, Recently the Wybel Altar was found by @The Void , and then there was like 6 threads created on that topic and each one had different details. I found it a bit tedious to go through all of them, but I did because I wanted to stay on top of things. If there was just 1 thread, the whole thing would have been easier to follow.

tl;dr daily search area thread, to help keep things organized and prevent people from posting things we already know. tell me if good or bad.

 

So just one big thread about the whole "???". In this case I think that this would not be very efficient since then we can't share thoughts and discoveries about snything not related to the daily topic?

 

That's what I didn't want it to seem like; no one is being forced to participate in this, it's more of a recommended search area if you feel like going out and searching, but don't have any leads.

 

Oh, if it's just another big thread giving others it's a good idea. My point in te last reply was just if your idea would take the whole section, pretty sure i stated that aswell. Oh well dude now this actually seems pretty great in my eyes.
