Buying Stuff For My Build

So I am a lvl 45 mage. I want any items that have the elements water, lightning, or air. I don't have anything specific in mind, so if you have something, do tell. Please add screenshots as well. I do not have any rings or bracelets, so I will take any of them. Please note that I am not like super rich, so do not make offers to expensive.
