Stuck On Sewers Of Ragni Quest

Hey guys, I'm doing the sewers of ragni quest, and I was fine up until the part where you have to press a button and then do parkour up to another section of the sewer. There was another random player with me, and he did the parkour while I failed, but when I went to press the button again, it was stuck in its pressed stage. I tried relogging, changing to 1.12.2, and killing myself, but when I did that, I got up to the part where you need to blow up the blockage with tnt and got stuck on another button.

 

well for the most part we cannot do anything but if you are truly stuck then /kill is the command you need to do.
